Sal Guzzo, LL.B.
Founding Partner, Lawyer
Sal Guzzo founded Sal Guzzo, LL.B., Professional Corporation, Barristers and Solicitors, in 2007. In January 2017, Sal became Partners with Domenic Bianchi, Hubert Leung and Elvis Viskovic creating the new name of GUZZO BIANCHI LEUNG VISKOVIC LLP.
Sal is a strong believer in the ideals of zealous advocacy and integrity, so he assembled the best team of accomplished and experienced litigators and Licensed Paralegals. His main objective is to serve the best interests of his clients by obtaining just and reasonable compensation either by proceeding to trial or by reaching a favorable settlement.

Domenic Bianchi, B.Sc., B.A., J.D.
Domenic Bianchi joined the Firm as an Associate in 2011 after Articling with the Firm. In January 2017, Domenic became a Partner at the Firm creating the new name of GUZZO BIANCHI LEUNG VISKOVIC LLP.
He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. He attends various legal educational programs offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
After successfully completing a B.Sc. and B.A. with Honours from York University, Domenic graduated with a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Throughout his studies, Domenic worked as a research assistant to professors of psychology and law, participated in various student groups and extracurricular activities and volunteered his time both at school and in his community.

Hubert Leung, J.D.
Hubert Leung joined the Firm as an Associate in 2012 after Articling with the Firm. In January 2017, Hubert became a Partner at the Firm creating the new name of GUZZO BIANCHI LEUNG VISKOVIC LLP.
Hubert has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Social Benefits Tribunal.
Prior to joining the Firm, Hubert completed his law degree at the University of Windsor and earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology and Psychology from Queen’s University. At the University of Windsor, Hubert was actively involved in the student community as a member of the Community Legal Aid Clinic, the peer mentor ship program and various other academic and athletic clubs.

Sean Cheskes, LL.B., LL.M.
Sean Cheskes joined the Firm, in August 2016 as an Articling Student and was hired on as an Associate Lawyer in August 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, Sean worked as a law student at a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law firm in Mississauga.
In 2015, Sean completed his law degree at City University in London, England, and in 2016, he completed his LL.M in Canadian Common Law at York University. Sean is dedicated and devoted to his position at the Firm, working diligently to understand clients’ needs and provide exceptional service to each and every case.

Zoriana Priadka, J.D., B.Soc.Sc.
Zoriana joined the firm in August 2017 as an Articling Student. Zoriana completed her law school and undergraduate degrees simultaneously at the University of Ottawa. In law school, Zoriana developed a passion for litigation while participating in a negotiation competition and two competitive moots. During her studies, Zoriana gained legal work experience in both the private and public sectors, and spent time volunteering for various non-profits and legal clinics. She was also actively involved in student life on campus, and continues to be involved in her community.
